Moss Street East

The site is located on the edge of Ashton town centre, the client wanted to develop as housing. A total of 10 houses and 11 apartments were built.

Set within the Yorkshire Dales National Park, and the Long Preston Conservation Area, this project delivers much needed affordable homes for residents with a local connection.

Emmanuel Church

TADW Architects were employed to design and administer a traditional contract for the completion of Emmanuel Church in Langworthy, Salford.

Former Lord Clive Pub

The site is situated in a residential area and was previously occupied by The Lord Clive pub, which was demolished and the site cleared to provide new residential dwellings.

Mealhouse Brow

This unique scheme is located within Stockport Market / Underbanks Conservation Area and includes the repair and refurbishment of a grade II listed building.

Bredbury Curve

Housing development for 60 affordable homes at former railway cutting. The scheme was delivered with Stockport Homes Group and The Casey Group.

Royal Oak Brewery

A Locally Listed complex of buildings just to the south of Stockport town centre which had fallen into disrepair and was in danger of being lost. 

Central View

The site is prominently located at the heart of Partington Town Centre, directly across from the local shopping centre and was previously occupied by a Primary Care Trust.

Fir Street

Following on from the Jubilee Street development for Great Places Housing Group, this site was the last cleared site on the eastern side of Langworthy road awaiting regeneration.

Chorley Street

The site was previously a disused open car park situated in Bolton town centre. The site is bounded by Chorley Street to the east and the River Croal to the south.

Rostron Brow

The scheme is located within the Hillgate Conservation Area of Stockport and includes the conversion of an 18th century tobacco warehouse.

Jubilee Street

The site formed a phase of the wider regeneration of the Langworthy area and sought to bring back into use five parcels of land that had previously been cleared of terraced housing.

Spring Street

This site is located in Rishton, Lancashire. The Bridgefield and Britannia Mill buildings formerly stood on the site, with terraced housing previously fronting Spring Street.

Warblin Way

The site is located in Stalybridge. Situated at the edge of the green belt, this site was formerly occupied by Samuel Laycock School.

Puddle Ducks Northwich

Baron’s Quay is a large new Retail and Leisure development in the centre of Northwich. A newly completed retail unit was fitted out to provide training pool facilities for pre-school children.
